VICT is wholly owned and operated by First Logistics
Development (JV) Company, operating under the Foreign Investment Law
of Vietnam. It is the first dedicated container port project in
Vietnam with the participation of foreign partners.

• Commencement of operation Nov.20th 1998

- Southern Waterborne Transport Corporation of Vietnam (SOWATCO)
- Mitorient Co. (joint-venture between NOL group of Singapore
